This lesson uses the samurai’s body movements and wisdom to learn not only techniques and spirit, but also to cultivate the “sense of living” necessary for living in modern times and to regain the original way of using one’s body and state of mind.

Samurai from all over the world gather here again and spread out.

A certificate of completion will be issued for the Deep Samurai of Light Lesson.
Those who receive this certificate can move on to the next deeper class.
After taking several deeper classes, you will be able to act as a communicator at the end.
This class is also the introductory class.
